The  Swedish paper Aftonbladet has published an interview (25 July 2010) with Tuva Novotny. It is written by Sofia Sjölin and you can read our translation of the interview below.
  • Othman Karim’s movie “Dear Alice” has become a hit with both movie goers and critics. Tuva Novotny and Peter Gardiner plays the couple who are fighting with themselves and against social norms.
  • They are doing the same in reality.

This year, Tuva Novotny’s career has been spiced with Hollywood glitter. In private Tuva Novotny’s life is not very glamorous.

There is a lot of Tuva Novotny now. She’s currently in Kjell Sundsvalls upcoming film “Bröderna Karlsson”, currently in the cinema “Dear Alice” and in the Hollywood film “Eat, Pray, Love”. In the latter she plays against none other than Julia Roberts.

“Tuva Novotny in a new Danish thriller”

Tuva Novotny will play the lead role in an upcoming Danish thriller, according to GP. Tuva Novotny plays a woman who wakes up on a beach, beaten and with amnesia. While she is being chased by unknown people she tries to remember who she is. The film is produced by Zentropa and filmed in August. The premiere will be in the second half of 2011.

“ID:A” is directed by Danish Christian E Christiansen. Tuva thinks he is an emerging director.

Tuva will play the role in both Danish and French. She thinks it will go well as she has studied French at school and traveled a lot to France.
